If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or online services.
1. Eligibility and Use of Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Unless otherwise permitted by applicable law and approved by the Clinic, individuals using our online services must be at least 18 years of age.
Services involving minors will be provided only when permitted by applicable federal and Texas law and when appropriate consent from a parent, legal guardian, or authorized individual has been obtained.
You may not:
- Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or patient information;
- Interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- Submit false or misleading information;
- Impersonate another person;
- Misuse healthcare, prescription, payment, or patient-portal services; or
- Copy, scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit website content without authorization.
2. Medical Information Disclaimer
General information appearing on this website is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Website content does not constitute individualized medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescribing.
You should consult an appropriately licensed healthcare professional regarding your individual medical condition, medications, treatment options, and healthcare needs.
Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking medical care because of information contained on this website.
Use of the public portions of this website alone does not establish a provider-patient relationship.
A provider-patient relationship is established only when Walker Wellness & Aesthetics Clinic accepts an individual for care and an appropriately licensed provider completes the necessary clinical evaluation.
3. No Emergency Medical Services
Walker Wellness & Aesthetics Clinic does not provide emergency medical services through this website, online messaging, email, text messaging, or routine telehealth services.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Do not use website forms, text messaging, email, or patient-portal messaging for urgent or life-threatening medical concerns.
4. Healthcare Services
Walker Wellness & Aesthetics Clinic may provide services including, but not limited to:
- Cash-pay medical visits;
- Telehealth visits;
- Medical weight-management services;
- Prescription weight-management services when clinically appropriate;
- Hair-restoration services, including PRP;
- Microneedling and aesthetic services;
- Vitamin injections;
- Diagnostic and CLIA-waived testing;
- STI screening;
- Occupational-health services;
- Medical-record reviews;
- Nexus letters;
- Disability Benefits Questionnaires, when applicable;
- Medical opinions; and
- Other healthcare and wellness services offered by the Clinic.
Availability of a service does not guarantee that the service is medically appropriate for a particular patient.
All clinical decisions are made by the treating healthcare professional based upon the patient's individual medical history, examination, available records, diagnostic information, applicable standard of care, and professional judgment.
5. Provider-Patient Relationship and Clinical Evaluation
Submitting an intake form, scheduling an appointment, making an inquiry, or creating an online account does not guarantee acceptance as a patient and does not guarantee that a medication, treatment, medical opinion, or other service will be provided.
Before prescribing medication, an appropriately licensed healthcare provider will complete a clinical evaluation sufficient to determine whether treatment is medically appropriate and legally permitted.
No patient is guaranteed a prescription.
The provider may decline to prescribe medication, recommend an alternative treatment, require laboratory testing, request medical records, recommend an in-person evaluation, or refer the patient to another healthcare professional when clinically appropriate.
6. Prescriptions and Medication Orders
Prescription medications are provided only when an appropriately licensed provider determines, following a clinical evaluation, that the medication is medically appropriate.
Walker Wellness & Aesthetics Clinic does not guarantee approval of any requested medication.
Patients must provide complete and accurate information concerning their medical history, allergies, medications, diagnoses, pregnancy status when applicable, and other information relevant to safe treatment.
Medication may not be prescribed or dispensed solely on the basis of a questionnaire where applicable law or the standard of care requires a greater level of evaluation.
Payment for Prescription Medication
Payment for prescription medication will not be collected before the prescribing provider has completed the required clinical evaluation and authorized the prescription.
If a requested medication is not approved, the patient will not be charged for that medication.
Charges for a consultation, laboratory testing, records review, or another separately provided professional service may still apply when clearly disclosed to the patient.
7. Geographic and Licensing Restrictions
Healthcare services are provided only in jurisdictions where the treating provider is appropriately licensed or otherwise legally authorized to practice.
Patients may be required to confirm their current physical location at the time healthcare services are rendered, including during telehealth appointments.
Walker Wellness & Aesthetics Clinic may decline, suspend, or cancel services when a patient is physically located in a jurisdiction where the treating provider is not authorized to provide care.
Prescription medication will not knowingly be prescribed, processed, or authorized for shipment when doing so would violate applicable licensing, pharmacy, prescribing, or jurisdictional requirements.
We may verify a patient's residence, physical location, billing information, and shipping information when necessary to comply with applicable law.
8. Telehealth Services
Certain services may be provided through telehealth when permitted by law and clinically appropriate.
Telehealth may involve electronic communications between the patient and healthcare provider through video, audio, messaging, or other approved technologies.
Telehealth has potential benefits and limitations. Limitations may include:
- Inability to perform a complete hands-on physical examination;
- Technology interruptions or connectivity problems;
- Limitations in diagnostic information;
- Privacy risks inherent in electronic communications; and
- The possibility that an in-person evaluation may become necessary.
Patients are responsible for accurately disclosing their physical location at the time of a telehealth encounter.
The provider may discontinue a telehealth encounter and recommend an in-person evaluation if telehealth is not clinically appropriate.
9. Appointments
Patients are responsible for providing accurate scheduling and contact information and attending appointments at the scheduled time.
A deposit or advance payment may be required for certain non-prescription professional services.
Appointment policies, including deposit requirements, will be disclosed during scheduling or booking.
Late arrivals may result in shortened appointments, rescheduling, or cancellation.
10. Cancellation, No-Show, and Refund Policy
Cancellation and rescheduling requirements may vary by service and will be communicated at the time of booking.
Patients who fail to attend an appointment or cancel outside the permitted cancellation period may be subject to a no-show fee or forfeiture of an applicable deposit.
Medical and professional services that have already been rendered are generally non-refundable.
Fees paid for completed medical-record reviews, medical opinions, nexus letters, DBQs, or other completed professional work are non-refundable once the work has been completed and delivered to the patient, except when otherwise required by law.
Medication refunds are subject to applicable pharmacy, dispensing, and federal or state requirements.
Nothing in this section limits any right a patient may have under applicable law.
11. Nexus Letters, DBQs, and Medical Opinions
Payment for a nexus letter, DBQ, records review, or medical opinion does not guarantee a particular finding, conclusion, disability rating, benefit determination, or outcome.
Medical opinions are based upon the records available for review, the patient's medical history, applicable medical evidence, clinical judgment, and relevant medical literature.
Walker Wellness & Aesthetics Clinic does not determine VA disability ratings, approve VA claims, or guarantee service connection.
Final benefit determinations are made by the applicable governmental agency.
12. Laboratory and Diagnostic Testing
Certain services may require laboratory or diagnostic testing.
Patients agree to provide accurate health information and comply with reasonable testing requirements established by the treating provider.
Laboratory results must be interpreted in the context of the patient's overall clinical condition.
Receiving a laboratory result through a portal does not substitute for professional medical interpretation when follow-up is clinically indicated.
13. Patient Responsibilities
Patients agree to:
- Provide complete and accurate medical information;
- Disclose current medications and allergies;
- Inform the Clinic of relevant changes in health status;
- Follow reasonable treatment and monitoring recommendations;
- Complete requested laboratory testing when required;
- Use prescription medications only as directed;
- Refrain from sharing prescription medications with others;
- Provide accurate identity, contact, billing, and location information; and
- Seek emergency care when medically necessary.
Failure to provide accurate or complete information may affect our ability to safely provide healthcare services.
14. Privacy, HIPAA, and Protected Health Information
Walker Wellness & Aesthetics Clinic maintains policies and safeguards designed to protect health information in accordance with applicable federal and Texas law.
Our handling of Protected Health Information (“PHI”) is governed by applicable requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”), the HIPAA Privacy, Security, and Breach Notification Rules, and applicable Texas medical privacy requirements.
Use of the website and healthcare services is also subject to our:
- Privacy Policy;
- Notice of Privacy Practices;
- Applicable patient consent forms; and
- Applicable telehealth and communication authorizations.
The Notice of Privacy Practices explains how we may use and disclose PHI and describes patient rights concerning medical information.
These Terms and Conditions do not replace the Notice of Privacy Practices.
15. Texas Medical Privacy
Walker Wellness & Aesthetics Clinic operates in Texas and maintains policies intended to comply with applicable provisions of the Texas Health & Safety Code, including Chapter 181, governing the privacy and protection of protected health information.
Texas law may provide privacy protections in addition to federal HIPAA requirements.
Where both Texas and federal privacy law apply, Walker Wellness & Aesthetics Clinic will follow the law applicable to the information and circumstances involved, including more protective requirements where legally required.
16. Electronic Communications, Email, and Text Messages
Patients may elect to communicate with Walker Wellness & Aesthetics Clinic through telephone, email, SMS/text messaging, patient portal, or other electronic communication methods.
Electronic communication carries inherent privacy and security risks.

- Follow-up instructions;
- Patient-service communications;
- Prescription-status communications;

- Other healthcare-related messages.
Marketing communications will be sent in accordance with applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
Patients may opt out of eligible promotional text or email communications without affecting their ability to receive healthcare services.
17. Website Tracking Technologies and Cookies
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for security, functionality, analytics, and website performance.
Walker Wellness & Aesthetics Clinic seeks to configure tracking technologies in a manner consistent with applicable healthcare privacy requirements.
We do not authorize the use of tracking technologies to impermissibly disclose PHI to advertising, analytics, or other third parties.

When a third party qualifies as a HIPAA Business Associate, Walker Wellness & Aesthetics Clinic will maintain an appropriate Business Associate Agreement when required by law.
Third-party services may also have their own terms and privacy policies.
19. Payment Processing
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors.
Patients authorize the applicable processor to charge the payment method selected for authorized services.
Walker Wellness & Aesthetics Clinic may not directly retain full credit-card information when payment information is processed by an independent payment processor.
All charges are subject to the pricing, cancellation, refund, and service policies disclosed to the patient.
20. Third-Party Pharmacies, Laboratories, and Vendors
Walker Wellness & Aesthetics Clinic may coordinate healthcare services with independent pharmacies, laboratories, imaging providers, fulfillment providers, and other healthcare entities.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, these entities are independently responsible for their own professional services, regulatory compliance, privacy practices, dispensing decisions, shipping practices, and operations.
A prescription issued by a WWAC provider does not guarantee that a pharmacy will dispense or fill the medication.
21. Product and Treatment Results
Individual results vary.
Photographs, testimonials, before-and-after images, educational materials, and descriptions of services do not constitute guarantees of a particular clinical, aesthetic, weight-loss, hair-growth, or treatment outcome.
Healthcare results depend on numerous factors unique to each individual.
22. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content, including text, graphics, logos, branding, photographs, videos, downloadable materials, educational materials, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Walker Wellness & Aesthetics Clinic or Walker Wellness Solutions, PLLC.

23. Third-Party Links
Our website may include links to websites or services operated by third parties.
Walker Wellness & Aesthetics Clinic is not responsible for the content, security, availability, privacy practices, or terms of independent third-party websites.
Following a third-party link is at the user's discretion.
24. Website Availability and Accuracy
We attempt to maintain accurate and current website information. However, healthcare information, service availability, pricing, legal requirements, and clinical guidelines may change.
We do not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, current, or error-free.
We may modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue website content or services at any time as permitted by law.
25. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Walker Wellness & Aesthetics Clinic and Walker Wellness Solutions, PLLC will not be liable for damages arising solely from:
- Inability to access or use the public website;
- Reliance upon general educational website information as individualized medical advice;
- Unauthorized third-party access not caused by our failure to comply with applicable legal obligations;
- Third-party websites or services outside our control; or
- Technical interruptions outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, restrict, or eliminate any patient right or healthcare-provider obligation that cannot legally be waived under federal or Texas law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation would be prohibited by applicable law.
26. No Waiver of HIPAA or Patient Rights
Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions requires a patient to waive rights provided by HIPAA, the Texas Medical Records Privacy Act, or any other applicable healthcare privacy or patient-protection law.
If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a non-waivable legal right, applicable law will control.
27. Security
Walker Wellness & Aesthetics Clinic maintains reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect patient information.
No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Patients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and should notify the Clinic if they suspect unauthorized access to a patient account.
28. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in our services, technology, operational practices, or legal requirements.
Material revisions will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
Continued use of the website following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised website terms to the extent permitted by law.
Changes affecting medical treatment, privacy rights, or other matters requiring separate consent will be handled in accordance with applicable law and will not be deemed accepted solely because a patient continued visiting the website.
29. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law controls.
Nothing in this section alters any right, remedy, venue, or procedural protection that cannot legally be modified by contract.
30. Severability
