At Walker Wellness & Aesthetics Clinic, effective communication with patients is a priority. Auxiliary aids and services, provided at no charge, are available to ensure effective communication. We accept Operator Relay Service calls, and Teletypewriter (TTY/TDD) calls through 711, in the same manner as traditional telephonic channels.

We endeavor to develop and update website content using current technologies that effectively communicate with and afford full and equal access to persons with disabilities. We are committed to meeting online usability and design standards, including the World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1. Additionally, we adhere to requirements set forth by the Twenty-First Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act of 2010.

Our customers and guests are welcome to use their own personal assistive devices to access our merchandise and services. If an assistive device is incompatible with our facilities, we will collaborate with customers and guests to provide alternative access solutions. Companions and Service Animals
