✨Choose Your Favorites: Don’t feel pressured to try everything. Stick to dishes you truly love and skip the ones that aren’t as special.

Recipe of the Month: Healthy Holiday Spinach Dip
This creamy spinach dip is a crowd-pleaser that won’t leave you feeling guilty. Serve it with whole-grain crackers, veggie sticks, or pita chips.
Ingredients:
1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
Optional: A pinch of red pepper flakes for a little kick
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
Stir in minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Add the drained spinach and mix until well combined.
Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired, and chill for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Serve cold or warm (heat in a microwave-safe dish for 1-2 minutes) and enjoy!
